Survey of Islands

For the mechanics of the survey of islands by federal cadastral surveyors, the two best sources of information are the 2009 Manual and the Case Book.

We suggest that you read the called for sections shown on the right screen along with the supplemental reference.

The latter is the Foster Island case, which will provide you with excellent guidance in obtaining evidence as to the island existence.
