Point ID Numbering (14)

The files for the southern township will have corners along the township line numbered as shown on the diagram below. Files for the northern township will have the standard ID numbers on the corners that refer to the northern township and offset ID numbers on the corners that refer to the southern township. The offset ID numbers will receive a 3 or 7 in the last place of the suffix or prefix: 203100, 223100, 243100, even if the distance between the corners is less than or greater than 3 chains.
