Island Forms Entirely on One Side of Stream

When opposite riparian owners have fee rights to a bed, and batture forms an island between the owners, there are two possibilities.

First, the island formed entirely on one side of the middle of the stream, the thread of the stream, and belongs to the adjacent riparian owner.
